ACS880-01-072A-3+K492 is a wall-mounted standalone low-voltage AC variable frequency drive from ABB premium ACS880 series, rated 37kW normal duty and 30kW heavy duty under 3-phase 380~415VAC power supply. The +K492 factory integrated brake chopper dissipates regenerative energy via external braking resistors to realize rapid deceleration for high-inertia loads such as cranes, hoists and heavy conveyors. Adopting ABB mature Direct Torque Control (DTC) technology, it achieves high-precision torque and speed regulation without encoder feedback. It is equipped with TÜV-certified Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function, built-in C2-level EMC filter, conformal coated circuit boards for anti-corrosion and anti-humidity harsh working conditions, and standard abundant onboard digital & analog I/O terminals. It supports mainstream industrial fieldbus protocols for seamless connection with PLC systems, and can be commissioned, debugged and monitored via ABB Drive Composer software or local control panel.
